From the moment you step in until your session concludes, my top priority is to ensure you leave feeling your most beautiful self! ✨ I specialize in lash services, facial treatments, makeup, and select waxing services. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy At Southern Priorities Aesthetics, we value and respect both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and maintain a smooth scheduling process, the following cancellation policy applies: Notice for Cancellation or Rescheduling If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' prior notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made without the required 48-hour notice will result in an automatic charge of 80% of the scheduled service(s) to your card on file. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations Any no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in an automatic charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) to your card on file. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and charge an 80% fee for the originally scheduled service to your card on file. Rescheduling Within the Same Week If you are able to reschedule your originally scheduled appointment within the same week for any remaining available appointments, the cancellation fee will be waived. (For example, if your appointment is scheduled on Tuesday, you have until the following Tuesday to reschedule the appointment without being charged the fee.) Repeated Cancellations Clients with two or more cancellations without the required 48-hour notice will be dismissed as clients. Any no-shows will result in immediate dismissal as a client. Failed Payment of Cancellation Fees If the card on file cannot be processed for a cancellation fee, the outstanding balance must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Failure to resolve unpaid fees will result in dismissal as a client. Exceptions to the Policy Severe illness, uncontrollable factors such as a death in the family, or other serious matters will be considered exceptions to this policy only if communicated within 24 hours. If no communication is received within 24 hours, the above policy will apply, and your card will be charged accordingly. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
